We are now looking for an experienced administrator with good data entry skills to fill an intermediate level role in our National Distribution/Inventory department. The role is National Distribution Administrator and reports directly to our National Operations Manager.

It is likely you will have come from an administrative role in either warehousing, distribution or customer services/purchasing where you are very used to juggling multiple documents, confirming orders, working in excel and you feel comfortable looking at inventory information.

Overall Objective: To follow up all distribution enquiries & orders in a timely manner until complete, and advise customer services of any dispatch delays. To support Purchasing & Inventory Control Administrator with Administrative assistance. To prioritise work according to urgency, and resolve any issues relating to supply and distribution.

Your role responsibilities will be split into 5 main areas -

  • Dispatch Administration (40%)
  • Product Distribution – Carpet and Tredsafe (30%)
  • Purchasing Assistant (10%)
  • Customer Services Backup (10%)
  • Warehouse Backup (10%) (As required for absenteeism fulfilment)
