About the business and the role

Are you that stellar personal assistant that we are looking for? You would possess some of the looking for the following qualities:

  • Outstanding computer skills
  • Tech savy
  • In design and photo shop experience preferable, but not essential
  • Show initiative and drive.
  • Proactive, productive and innovative
  • Positve, confident and respectful attitude
  • A desire to make a difference and be a great team player
  • Takes pride in their appearance
  • Dedicated and driven

We are looking for someone that uses their initiative and who will add value to the team. Someone that is confident about tabling their ideas. We are not looking for an order taker. Real estate experience not essential, but would be preferable.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Entering listings
  • Creating and designing advertisements for new camp
  • Look at a prospecting plan
  • Manage the sales person's calender
  • Preparing documentations to present to clients
