The company's differentiated plate to pasture strategy is gaining significant momentum with its strong focus on adding value to New Zealand's natural, high quality, grass-fed red meat.

To continue to propel this exceptional and growing brand forward – specifically for Silver Fern Farms premium product range for the global foodservice sector - we need a talented, determined and successful Marketing Manager to join the team. Is this you?

Reporting to the General Manager Marketing and working alongside a highly capable team of marketing and communications professionals; the Marketing Manager, Foodservice has overall accountability for the continued enhancement of the premium branded products on a Global scale. In executing this core accountability, the Marketing Manager, Foodservice will:

  • Create and the implement strategies to grow existing and new markets for Silver Fern Farm premium products in the Foodservice arena globally;
  • Understand the appetite within existing markets for differentiated, value-add products – then convert those opportunities through creative, innovative and successful marketing strategies;
  • Lead and contribute to projects cross functionally that enhance the premium brand – including market research, targeted events and customer focused initiatives;
  • Collaborate on the development of future brands and branding strategies.

In addition to the Foodservice sector, the Marketing Manager will take responsibility for Corporate Marketing including accountability for the Corporate Masterbrand guidelines and implementation of these across the company.

To be successful as the Marketing Manager, you will hold a relevant tertiary qualification and have proven experience marketing brands and driving value for an organisation through targeted and innovative marketing activity. You will have a passion for great food and all things New Zealand on the global stage and you will thrive on the challenge of creating stories that share this passion in a commercial context.

An exceptional communicator and a positive team player; you will enjoy developing and managing strong working relationships and taking a collaborative role to achieve group success.
