We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Investigator who enjoys the challenge of gathering and analysing information, has the ability to communicate information effectively, and has an interest in enforcing consumer law.

Your workload will see you lead and/or contribute to investigations, and analyse issues relating to the Fair Trading Act and the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act where you will apply legislation to real life business issues.

To be successful in this role you will have strong communication skills, analysis or investigation experience, sound judgement, and ideally a tertiary qualification in an analytical discipline such as law.

You will also be adept at presenting information verbally and in written format, hold strong prioritisation skills and the ability to successfully juggle multiple projects. As a Senior Investigator you will have experience in leading project teams along with coaching and mentoring junior team members.

You will be part of a professional, multidisciplinary team in a collaborative and supportive work environment where people are passionate about the work that they do.

  • Leading multidisciplinary investigations
  • Gathering, reviewing and analysing complex information
  • Presenting information either in writing or verbally
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders
