This role is within the auditing department of one of New Zealand’s most dynamic and well respected mid-tier chartered accountant firms. You’ll be joining an already well established auditing team within a supportive and driven environment. This firm is has an impeccable relationship in the CA market and is one of the most sought after firms to work for, not just in New Zealand, but worldwide.

Your new role

You’ll be reporting directly to the senior audit manager and partner and will be working closely with them to produce detailed audit reports that provide expert opinions and insights that can positively enhance business growth/ Your clients will come from a diverse range of industries and you’ll be undertaking and assisting with building strong client relationships, advising with technical expertise and supervising junior members of the audit team.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful within this role you’ll need to hold a CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification and have proven external audit experience, preferably within a mid-tier or Big4 firm. Exceptional communication and organisation skills are essential as well as strong systems expertise (particularly with excel). You must demonstrate immaculate attention to detail and strive to achieve the best out of yourself and your team.
