Your new company
Your new company is a very successful leader in the plumbing field. They are looking for an exceptional senior administrator to look after the day to day running of their Auckland branch.
This role requires a 4 week induction based out of the Christchurch branch so this role would be ideal for someone looking to make the move to Auckland.

Your new role
You will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the office. You will look after the Health and Safety and ensure the staff are adhering to the procedures in place and implementing new policies where required. There will be an element of customer service to this position so you will need to be well presented and possess good communication skills. You will be responsible for purchasing and invoicing and act as a support for the accounts team as required.

What you need to succeed
You will need to be well organised and have the ability to cope under pressure as this can be a very busy environment at times. You will have strong administrative skills and have a strong understanding of Microsoft word and excel. You will need to have a good sense of humour and be able to relate to a wide range of personalities as there is a very diverse team within the wider business. You will be supporting the Director in various administration tasks so the ability to prioritise and multitask will be very important in this position.
