Privately owned company with fresh vibrant culture, Market leaders in importing and manufacturing food ingredients, Admin/Inventory and Production Support role.

Well respected with a strong presence in the NZ market place, this successful importer, supplier and manufacturer of food ingredients is well respected for their quality products and great company culture. With over 25 years in business, they are currently experiencing exponential growth as market leaders. Our client has a solid reputation for quality, innovation and delivery. They have a strong, loyal client base and continue to build lasting relationships with suppliers and customers alike.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will work with internal stakeholders such as planning, production, warehouse and technical personnel to provide admin and production support to the team.

The Company work with Greentree Software and ideally you will have had exposure/experience with this package, SAP or another relative CRM.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Checking and managing stock levels
  • Generating stock reports.
  • Managing Internal Stock transfer
  • Printing job orders, factory orders, picking list, etc.
  • Scanning factory orders into production system

To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience in a busy, multifaceted admin support role.
  • Managing high levels of stock.
  • Accurate data entry and reporting skills.
  • Experience in Production planning/Inventory management and administration support using ERP/MRP systems (preferably Greentree, SAP or similar) is highly desirable.
  • Fantastic communication/written skills across all levels of the business
  • Excellent computer skills (Intermediate Excel) with previous experience in CRM, Microsoft Office package, etc.
  • Flexible attitude and quick to assimilate new technology with a positive and proactive approach.
  • Able to work under pressure without compromising accuracy along with an excellent eye for detail.

This is a great opportunity to hone your skills in a multifaceted role. Initially this is 8-9 weeks fixed term, full time role, however for a candidate with the right skills and aptitude who has had previous production planning experience, there is potential for a permanent position within this well established, reputable company.
