Well-established company Mobel Group, with brands Modern Office, Office Furniture Warehouse and Scholar Furniture have a long history of providing our clients with exceptional customer service and high quality and stylish furniture. With staff located throughout Central/Upper North Island, Mobel Group manage commercial projects in the upper North Island and distributes commercial furniture across New Zealand. Our people's skills are as diverse as our clients' industries.

We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Co-ordinator, based in our Hamilton office.

The Role:

  • To support the sales team with general administrative, quoting and accounting functions.
  • Co-ordinating commercial furniture installations.
  • Client database management.

If you had the following skills that would be great...

  • Knowledge of Google products.
  • General office admin and database management will be a requirement of the job..
  • Proficient at using Microsoft products
  • Excellent phone manner and writing skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Experience with Xero/Cin7 software preferred but not essential.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent written communication skills

About us:

  • We operate in the commercial furniture industry, we work with Architects and Project Managers on commercial furniture fit-outs in the Upper North Island.
  • We have the exclusive agency for Nurus products in NZ (nurus.com)
