About the business and the role

Pool Magic is a pool valet and service company with a team of 21, based in Marua Rd, Mt Wellington. We are industry leaders and are respected for the quality and reliability of our work. We are a successful company that has been operating for over 20 years.

We are looking for a Service Administrator who enjoys customer service, variety and has an eye for detail.

This is a key role to help our Service Manager ensure we meet our customer's expectations and internal standards. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is also responsible for HR and marketing administration.

This role is well supported by the two other members of our administration team - our valet administrator and Office Manager.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Main responsibilities are:

  • Service sales support
  • Service Job administration - setup, coordination and invoicing
  • Customer liaison and problem solving
  • Administration of company marketing activities, e.g. website, brochures
  • Internal communications to ensure all team members are informed
  • Administration of HR procedures e.g. training, development plans, social events
  • Office administration e.g. phone, reception, filing, mail.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a minimum 3 years' experience in customer service and job administration
  • Have exceptional customer service skills
  • Be organised and proactive, with good attention to detail
  • Have sales support experience
  • Be confident with information technologies
  • Have intermediate experience with MYOB, MS Word and Excel
  • Have sound financial acumen
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Enjoy being part of a cohesive, committed team.
