Due to continued growth in the company, we're on the lookout for additional Support Team members!

Administrative Assistant

Working directly alongside a member of our Sales Team (Sales Lead Owner/SLO):

*Assist in clearing their inbox. This includes replying to teachers, actioning requests, booking in times to call teachers or run PD. 
*Updating reports. This includes regularly going through the report.
*Taking notes during all calls between the SLO and teachers. These notes must be detailed and accurate, as they are used to document teacher correspondence and to determine next steps for sales opportunities. Attention to detail and ability to focus attentively are a must. A typing skill of 60+ words per minute is required.
*Booking in calls. This also includes managing the calendar to ensure that times are not double-booked. 
*Sending follow-up emails to teachers. These emails will include the next steps for the teacher. The ability to follow-up on the particulars of discussions is essential. Again, attention to detail (correct spelling, grammar and punctuation) is necessary.
*Help out where needed throughout the business. This may involve tasks such as:
Helping the support team manage the inbox
*Assist in supporting other Sales Lead Owners.

To be successful in this role, we need you to have proven experience multi-tasking with various computer programmes in a fast paced environment. We're looking for someone who is energetic, motivated and outgoing. Someone who is keen to learn new skills and has a background, or interest, in Education. 

You will be working roughly 45 hours per week (Monday - Friday).
