PERM ROLE: 25-30 Hours per week with flexible days and times, LOCATION: Based Ponsonby and the outskirts of CBD on Bus route, CULTURE: Dynamic fast moving IT Solutions company with cloud services.

Known as a one-stop-shop for all IT needs including consultation, planning and design, technical support and maintenance, they also offer cloud services. Lead by an entrepreneurial Director with edgey offices based near Ponsonby this dynamic team of computer-geeks requires an Accounts all-rounder.

4 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  1. PAYROLL: Weekly processing of payroll on Flexitime Payroll and PAYE etc
  2. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE: Reconciliation of all accounts, GST filing and payments;
  3. ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE: Reconciliation of all accounts, sending statements and debt collecting;
  4. OTHER: Financial reporting and asset management into XERO system.

TICK THESE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Approximately 2-5 years experience in an accounts administration role;
  • Supported by an Accounting or Business qualification is ideal;
  • Experience using: XERO, Connectwise software or similar;
  • Excellent written and verbal English is essential when representing their customers on the phone or by correspondence;
  • Experience working in a fast paced corporate office where multi-tasking was required.
  • Very important that you are a team player who will fit well into a dynamic culture of IT people

BENEFITS:

  1. REMUNERATION: $30-$35 per hour according to experience. 25-30 hours per week with flexible times and days;
  2. LOCATION: Office is based on the bus route and is close to Ponsonby restaurants and 5 minutes in the other direction is the CBD;
