Finance - it?s a fundamental component in ensuring our communities receive efficient and effective healthcare. We?re seeking quick thinking finance minds with an interest in better healthcare to join us as Financial Administrator in our Technology Services team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing of high volume of transactions in a timely and effective manner, including invoice processing and raising purchase orders using Oracle system 
  • Ensuring all major supplier accounts are reconciled monthly and all other accounts reviewed on a regular basis
  • Ensuring all project resource recoveries are reconciled monthly with exceptions reported to appropriately
  • Responding to all queries in a timely and effective manner by taking action where appropriate and providing a high level of service.

Skills & experience

To be successful in this role you will have

  • Accounting qualification or experience working in financial accounting role
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of ERP system (Oracle) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
