16 months Fixed Term / up to 40 hours per week

We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated person with excellent attention to detail to join our team as an Accounts Administrator.

This dynamic role involves a range of office and accounts administration tasks, including:

  • Invoicing and accounts payables/receivables;
  • Managing Xero, ANZ and other on-line financial systems;
  • Analysis and reporting on financial matters;
  • General office duties.

This role could suit a recent graduate or someone returning to the workforce. Flexible hours (up to 40 hours per week) negotiable.

 

As the successful candidate, you will be organized, accurate in your work and will possess the ability to multitask and produce results while working in a busy and varied environment.  You will also have experience with on-line financial systems, such as Xero (a must) and Vend, Shopify, Payment Express, Rezdy (desirable)

At least two years in a relevant mid-level position required.

Experience in a Charitable Trust, museum/tourism or related organisation an advantage.

 

The appointment of the successful candidate is conditional to a satisfactory Police clearance.
