What are we looking for?

We are seeking a super organised, detailed and conscientious member to join our team.

You need to be able to have a great eye for detail as the job requires absolute accuracy.

Excellent verbal and communication skills are also required, along with a good understanding of maths and knowledge of Word, Excel and preferably Xero.

Someone who can prioritise tasks and is highly organised is a main pre-requisite of the job (you are reporting to someone with a bit of an OCD when it comes to detail so please do not apply if you are a messy disorganised person as she will not cope).

You will be responsible for assisting the Office / Operations Manager with the day to day running of the business. You need to be comfortable with routine admin tasks but also able to cope with juggling urgent tasks that may take precedence.

Previous experience in office work will be advantageous as we need you to hit the ground running, this is a fast paced role which requires a good memory, and strong attention to detail.

Hours of work is 9.00am ? 6.00pm Monday to Friday with a half hour unpaid lunch break. 

We do hold staff breakfast meetings once a month at 7.00am and you will be required to attend these (the yummy breakfast and hot coffee is worth the early start)

Who Are We?

We are a medium sized, well respected, family run, financially sound, exterior house and building wash company. We have been operating for 20 years & cleaned more than 50,000 homes & buildings to date with 13 busy cleaning rigs. 78% of our work is either repeat or referral. 

Our office is in sunny Stanmore Bay on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula. Save time driving to work by working close to home.

On saying that we are a medium sized family company we are however the largest specialist House & Building Wash business in Auckland and are experiencing ongoing growth, we own our own engineering factory and offices where we service our own vehicles & build/service our own waterblast equipment. 

The Pay & Benefits:

Pay is $45,000 to $50,000 depending on experience, payable monthly.

17) Journeying up the Auckland harbour to The Riverhead Tavern for dinner & drinks
18) Jumping out of a plane at 16,500 feet
