Pumpt is looking for an ambitious superstar SAM with high energy and ability to work in a fast paced, fun advertising environment focused on delivering exceptional client service! Work with some amazing retail clients coupled with a great team culture in our Albany HQ. We specialise in a lot of printed retail catalogues and magazines, POS, media etc? and have some incredible nationwide well-known brands amongst our fantastic portfolio of clients.

Our team of 14 are energetic ? we are expanding rapidly and require a "go getter" to jump on board in our client service team. We have a great company culture built around very strong values.

The role:

Managing an existing portfolio of high profile clients we need someone who is dynamic and can handle a fast moving role. You must be passionate and possess a creative flair to offer strategic innovative solutions so you can deliver exceptional service to your clients. We want someone who 'out loves' the client which will help you grow their business year on year. You must relish and pride yourself on having professional and close relationships with your clients. We don't want someone who just sits behind a desk - we want you in front of your client understanding how you can help their business. Your dedicated Account Coordinator can handle the work back at the office so you can be proactive with your clients and look for other opportunities.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 3-5 years account management experience from within the advertising/media or print arena. And if you have some existing networks this would be advantageous.
