New role for new Head Office Team relocating to Christchurch, Accounting, sales/marketing and general administration support, Free and Easy Parking!.

Tasman Tyre Treads Ltd, a successful well-established leader in the tyre and wheel servicing industry, is establishing a new Head Office in Christchurch (and yes???. parking will be easy and free!) and as a result, is creating a brand new Office/Accounts Administrator role.


Reporting to the Finance Manager, our sole administrator will be a key player in this small H/O team, and in essence will be responsible for providing a wide range of accounting, sales/marketing and general administration support.  So, to be in the running for this broad/varied role, where you will definitely be able to make a significant contribution and a real difference, our preferred Office/Accounts Administrator will need to be a proven performer and ????


  • Have extensive accounts administration experience and a sound knowledge of accounting procedures and practices
  • Be totally IT savvy when it comes to the standard Office and accounting software packages (we currently use Accredo) and ideally have a sound working knowledge of social media/on-line marketing in addition to providing the more traditional marketing support.
  • Be a total professional who is fun to work with.
  • Be a great communicator with a naturally friendly/engaging manner and be someone who fits in easily/well into a small team environment.  
  • Be highly self-motivated, proactive and keen to engage constructively with "customers" on a consistent/on-going basis
