We need someone who is proactive, has great attitude, is a lateral thinker, is highly organised with the ability to always be one step ahead of what is required and have the confidence to make decisions and take ownership.

You'll need to have drive, enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills while remaining unflappable under pressure. You will need to be a very strong user of the Microsoft suite, be able to provide timely and accurate work and have exceptional communication skills both internally and externally.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Strong Office Administration skills
  • Initiative is critical ? you need to be decisive and proactive with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and problem solve
  • High level of computer literacy, especially in the Microsoft Office suite and MYOB
  • Be very reliable, flexible and extremely well-organised while also being prepared to muck in as required
  • Be confident with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Be professional with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Have a good sense of humour and enjoy working in a busy, challenging environment

This is a mixed role of both accounts and reception.?

Accounts

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivables
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Intercompany reconciliations
  • Payroll
  • GST, FBT, PAYE
  • Cash flow management
  • Weekly reports
  • Year-end reporting
  • Assisting with board reports

Admin

  • Reception desk ? answering calls
  • Stationery orders
  • PO Box ? mail pick up
  • BD events
  • Assisting with any ad hoc or admin tasks when required?
  • Work with the EA on admin related tasks

Systems used

  • MYOB payroll
  • XERO
  • Fathom
  • Workflowmax, insightly, Fathom
  • Excel ? intermediate to advance level

Our ideal candidate should be detailed oriented, have good time management skills, ?and be comfortable with cloud applications.

Hours for this role are negotiable. 30-40 hours per week for the right candidate.
