Working closely with the Finance and Operations Managers, this supporting role will be responsible for providing administrative and accounts assistance. This would be an ideal position for a?recent accounting graduate with accounts experience?looking to step into a role with more responsibility.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
  • Assist the accounts assistant with the weekly customer invoicing process
  • Weekly and monthly customer invoicing
  • Assistance with end of month processing as required
  • Assistance with monitoring financial performance and efficiency
  • Payroll back up
  • Ownership of log book compliance and administration
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Manage the filing, storage and security of documents

If you are bubbly and positive and have at least one years experience in an administration/accounts position along with strong excel, word and typing skills then this could be the perfect role.
