Personnel Resources / Temp Resources is a well-established Recruitment Agency that specialise in placing candidates into Temporary, Contract and Permanent roles.

We have a full time (40hrs per week) temporary to possible permanent opportunity for an experienced accounts administrator to support a fantastic company and look after a broad range of accounting areas.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

  • Accounts Payable including raising purchase orders, invoice processing
  • Accounts Receivable including customer invoicing, debtor receipting
  • Reconciliations
  • Assisting with end of month processing
  • General administration tasks as required

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in an all-rounder account administration position
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of MYOB & Xero will be highly regarded

The ideal candidate will have a strong accounts administration background coupled with a 'can do' attitude and the ability to show initiative.
