Leading NZ manufacturer of dietary supplement/complementary healthcare products, Office/administration, accounts payable/finance support & reception duties, Based in East Tamaki.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive, motivated and engaging person to join our team as Accounting/Administration Assistant at our East Tamaki office.  This is a diverse role responsible for various office/administrative duties, accounts payable, finance support and reception duties. 

Our ideal candidate will be professional, upbeat, friendly and willing to take on a variety of different tasks, with a strong focus on delivering positive outcomes to the customer (external and internal).    In addition we are looking for the following skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • An ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Enjoy problem solving and helping others
  • Data input and administrative skills
  • Accounts Payable experience
  • Clean drivers licence (in order to undertake airport pick ups on occasion)
  • Useful but not mandatory to be able to speak Mandarin

Our client is a leading New Zealand manufacturer of dietary supplements and complementary healthcare products.   A very successful and globally focused company, with a significant export business in Australia and Asia and a very diverse customer base.  They employ approximately 200 staff and are based in modern offices with parking onsite.
