Accounts Administrator, Part Time - 24 hours a week, Flexible working Environment.

The Opportunity

This will be a key role in the Accounting team and will see you work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure that the business is operating efficiently, giving you a great opportunity to demonstrate your strong accounting skills.

As the Accounts Administrator, your role will be working closely with the Finance Manager and see you be responsible for handling the accounts and administrative functions.

This will be a varied role that includes a broad range of transactional accounting work, giving you a great opportunity to demonstrate and explore your strong accounting skills.

The Role

  • Provide support to the Finance Manager
  • Assisting with a mix of administration and accounts
  • Accounts payables and accounts receivables
  • Banks reconciliations
  • General and hoc project work as required
  • Reception and general admin duties



Your Profile

  • 3+ years? experience in an Accounts Administration role
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously as required
  • Good systems knowledge and experience using accounting packages
  • MS Office Suites (Excel)
  • Experience working in the construction sector or similar
  • Be an excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Have the ability to add value to the team culture and work individually as required
