An established tourism company requires an Accounts Administrator for 20 - 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities will include accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation and payroll (ACE) and general accounts functions.

Experience using Xero and Excel software is essential.

The applicant should have the following skills and attributes;

*         Experience in Accounts

*         Responsible for delivering high quality customer service

          to our debtors and creditors

*         Excellent written and oral communication skills (English).

*         Sound decision making skills and the ability to

          successfully resolve issues

*         Meet deadlines

*         Accuracy and attention to detail

*         Proven ability to work unsupervised

*         Strong education and employment history

*         Motivation and team player qualities

*         Accountability, initiative and positive attitude

The position is one of sole charge of accounts administration of a busy tourism business

Days of work preferred are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, however,  days of week and hours worked are flexible and can be agreed by arrangement.
