We are looking for people to join our team who have

  • A strong sense of customer service
  • Sound numerical skills
  • Accurate and quick keyboard skills
  • An interest in payroll

This is a full time role delivering high quality payroll transactions and a range of payroll activities using HRIS software.  The team also provides superior customer service for school queries and requests for support. 

To be successful in this position you will be able to tick the following boxes:

  • Experienced in delivering administrative services
  • Strong aptitude for working with computerised systems
  • A positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving ability - able to "look outside of the square"
  • Excellent communication skills ? both written and verbal
  • Focused on providing successful outcomes for the customer and striving for continuous improvement
  • Be a team player with the ability to work under pressure with specific deadlines.
  • Experience using payroll systems, Novopay, or having Education Sector knowledge would be an advantage though not essential.  
  • Eligible to work in New Zealand
