Fortlock Group are a leading provider of cutting edge operational and IP network based security management solutions, delivering world class consultancy and support to some of New Zealand's largest Retail, Industrial, Government, Healthcare and Commercial organisations.

 

This appointment will be an important and influential position in the sales team, reporting to the Head of Sales and managing a number of key company accounts.

 

The main objective is to provide customer service and development for your portfolio; this involves meeting revenue and profit targets, customer service requirements and implementing new solutions and ideas that support business strategies.

 

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Providing reports on account progress and sales forecasts
  • Implementing new sales strategies
  • Forging relationships with key suppliers
  • Managing account activities through CRM systems
  • Participating in business strategy meetings
  • Attending trade meetings and conventions
  • Managing contracts and relationships with key accounts

 

To be successful in the position you will have a proven background in managing key accounts, have an affinity with the IT sector, and the ability to build effective relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

You will have financial and commercial knowledge as well as being a strong team player.
