Nationally Established Business, Significant & Growing Asset Portfolio, Lead & Improve Reporting Function.

The Opportunity

Reporting to directly to an experienced Finance Manager and working with the wider business, you will drive all reporting to Senior Management in regards to capital expenditure, assets and maintenance, developing your technical reporting skills within a complex portfolio.

You will have a great opportunity to build your commercial acumen through your involvement in capitalisation projects and business improvements projects, utilising your technical knowledge to ensure best practice industry standard are met.

The Role

  • Preparation, presentation and review of the annual capital budget
  • Reporting on fixed asset & capital expenditure spend; including WIP reporting for live projects
  • Provision of ongoing maintenance to the groups national fixed asset register to meet industry requirements
  • Identification of improvement opportunities within the businesses systems
  • As required, provide monthly analysis, management reporting and year end accounts

Your Profile

  • 4+ years? experience either within a chartered accountancy or industry environment
  • Experienced used of MS Office, in particular Excel (financial modelling experience)
  • Ideally experience working with an ERP and have been involved in improvement projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments where required
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
