An exciting opportunity exists in our Head Office; your day to day responsibilities will include daily data entry and allocation of payments received, investigation of short payments and unmatched client payments, debt collection (customer's under $4000), maintenance and set up of new customer accounts. Also included in this role is to provide back up to the credit controller.

As Health and Safety is paramount in this industry you will be up to speed with best practices and be able to demonstrate this in your work habits. This knowledge will help you to promote the company image in a professional manner as well as provide first class customer service.

In order to be successful in this role you will need to be a strong and clear communicator, ability to build a rapport with sometimes difficult customers and have at least 3-4 years' recent experience in a similar role.

You will be working within a close knit and team-focussed environment, and operating our in house system (Microsoft Dynamics AX) so it is essential that you have up to date database skills as well as strong Microsoft Excel for reporting purposes.

In this challenging and dynamic role you will need to display a confidence with customers, tenacity in getting results and be comfortable working with minimal supervision.
