As a key provider of services to the infrastructure sector this well established business has a surprisingly significant market share across the South Island. This role supports the operations and finance team and takes responsibility for areas such as:

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining status of jobs / contracts
  • Processing information on inventory / material/ time cards etc.
  • Organising job cards for billing purposes
  • Set up and look after customer information on the CRM
  • Manage overdues and follow up
  • Processing credit notes
  • Invoices and remittances
  • Processing creditor payments
  • Ensuring payroll information is accurate and uploaded
  • General administration and accounts projects particularly around month end
