Based in Hillcrest, Hamilton, Dynamic and fast moving industry, Join a hard working team who enjoy a good laugh.

Our Hillcrest based client is at the leading edge of their dynamic and fast moving industry.  To complement their current accounts team they require an experienced accounts payable administrator to undertake a broad range of functions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the full accounts payable function including reconciling and preparing all creditor invoices for payment
  • Month end reconciliations
  • Processing accounts receivable invoices and statements
  • Assisting with the management of work in progress
  • Dealing with incoming calls and visitors

The successful applicant will bring strong accounts experience, good reconciliation skills and impressive problem solving capability.  Exposure to MYOB or a similar package will be advantageous, but is not essential.  Your keyboard skills will be accurate and your ability to relate well to a broad range of people is critical.  The team is hard working but enjoys a good laugh ? keen to be part of it?
