8 Month Contract - Starting Mid-October!, High Volume AP!, Excellent Global Brand - Mt Wellington!.

This is a fantastic chance for someone who's worked in a high-volume Accounts Payable role to come in and showcase their skills. Working within this tight-knit team and global brand, you will bring your sound knowledge of the Accounts Payable function and have a keen ability to interact with key stakeholders, employees and vendors in a professional manner. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing entire payment process from receipt of invoice, checking for accuracy, processing & payment
  • Handle & respond to all queries from suppliers & internal customers
  • Email management
  • Ensuring invoices are cleared within timely manner
  • Back-up for the AP team so admin support where required

What do I need?

  • Minimum 2 years AP experience within corporate environment
  • High volume AP experience essential
  • Must be proficient with SAP
  • FMCG experience advantageous
  • Can start second week of October
