Well established boutique Chartered Accounting firm, Close-knit cultural environment, Plenty of variety and flexibility.

Our client is a boutique Chartered Accounting practice in the CBD with a close-knit, mature cultural environment and a low turnover of staff. Due to the retirement of one of their staff members, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts/Administration Clerk to play a vital role as part of a small team. This position lends itself strongly to an organised individual, capable of dealing directly with the firm's key clients. The incumbent will be available to provide training and ensure there is a smooth hand over.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation of clients wages
  • Preparation of PAYE returns
  • Processing IRD assessments into myob
  • Processing tax letters from MYOB
  • Word processing ? legal documents
  • Excel ? being able to use excel
  • Communicate with clients ? both written and verbal
  • Ordering stationary
  • Organising couriers

Skills and experience required:

  • At least a few years accounts/administration experience
  • Experience using MYOB
  • Well organised
  • Experience using Microsoft products i.e. Excel and Word
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
