What we're looking for

We are looking for an administrator with a background in Finance, to work within our Finance & Planning team. This role is integral to supporting the day-to-day financial services of our business and would suit a candidate who has previous experience in accounts payable and receivable and administrative activities in a similar role.

The successful candidate will be expected to have:

  • Relevant technical ability in accounting systems and processes (previous Oracle experience would be an advantage)
  • A high level of data entry skills
  • Sound computer literacy, especially in MS Excel
  • Confident and effective communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships
  • Good sense of humour and initiative
  • A service delivery focus
  • Good organising and administration skills to run day-to-day finance procedures.
  • You must be eligible to work and live in New Zealand.

Successful candidates will be required to undertake a criminal records check, and may also be required to undergo a check on your credit record.
