The Opportunity

A contract position has been identified for an experienced Accounts Payable & Payroll Administrator to take their career up a level by joining this respected healthcare business who operate through various locations in New Zealand and Australia.

You will be part of a larger business who?s accounting and finance team are responsible for processing a large volume of multi-site transactions.

This will give you the opportunity to gain exposure to more complex processes that offer the opportunity for you to provide value add and multi-skill.

Initially this role is for a 6-12 month contract.

This well-established healthcare business is known throughout New Zealand and Australia and have staff based out of multiple locations throughout the country.

They have an excellent reputation as being a leader in their field.

The Role

In this role, you will work with the wider accounting team and your duties will include;

  • Processing high volumes of accounts payable invoices
  • Processing timesheets of fortnightly payroll
  • Ensuring the internal process and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Providing professional service to all customers externally and internally
  • Receipting and processing of all correspondence and ensuring all paperwork is filed appropriately

Your Profile

  • 3 years? experience working within an Accounts Payable function
  • Have an understanding of payroll legislations would be an advantage
  • Be a strong verbal and written communicator
  • Have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
