2x Full time permanent roles based in CBD Wellington, Minimum 3+ years? experience in accounts.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of New Zealand's leading travel companies.

Orbit World Travel is New Zealand's leading corporate travel company (we were given this award just last week infact!) with nine offices across New Zealand, one in London, and five in Australia.

Due to growth, we have 2 Accounts Assistant positions available to support the Finance Manager. The primary focus for this role will be to support the Finance Manager to manage daily accounting functions for our clients and suppliers.

The successful candidate will have high attention to detail, be organised and have the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.

This role will include:

  • Prepare invoices and invoice management including bulk receipting
  • Regular quality checking such as balancing accounts, outstanding invoices
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Banking tasks such as entering deposits, into Orbit's system

You will:

  • You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a accounts role
  • Have intermediate skills in excel
  • Be detailed focused, with high level of accuracy
