The role is primarily based around the processing of domestic and commercial insurance documents, however, you will bring your great customer services attitude to help out with Client and Insurer liaison and occasional reception duties.

Training and personal development is important to my client and they have a strong training and induction programme that allows you to grow and flourish in your role.

You will be working in a small team of 4 and reporting to a very friendly and supportive Team Leader. There are 15 people in total who work in the business, so this is not your big corporate where your skills go unnoticed.

Working across Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm with an hour for lunch, this role suits a Junior to Intermediate Administrator with great customer service skills.

This role is for you if you:

  • Are a great administrator
  • Want to work for a company that really values your efforts
  • Have a great eye for detail

This role is not for you if you:

  • Hold no administration experience
  • Are looking for a role that doesn't involve dealing with people on the phone
  • Can't cope with varied workloads

I'm looking for someone that is a strong administrator, has a great attitude and great customer service skills. Someone who brings with them experience in the insurance sector would be advantageous but not essential.
