If you have had exposure in an accounts administration role and are looking for work to cover from now until well after Christmas then this assignment could be ideal. Our client is wanting some temporary Accounts Receivable/Admin assistance to join the small yet highly professional team in Christchurch until at least February.

Duties may include:

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Creating and managing new job cards
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Answering phones

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • At least 1+ year Accounts Receivable experience
  • Used Xero, MYOB or similar
  • Previous experience in an accounts administration type role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

With a great office culture and experienced team around you if you are immediately available this could be just the assignment to get you across the Summer period.
