A new position has come available with a well-known, market leading company situated in the City fringe. My client is looking to speak with experienced Accounts Assistants/Accounts Clerks interested in new opportunities.

Job Duties

Dealing with queries from suppliers and customers
Processing manual payments and matching to bank statements
Assisting in month-end duties
Allocating payments and receipting
Assisting in payment runs
Resolving inconsistencies in invoice statements
Processing of overseas creditor payments
Processing invoices for suppliers 
Accounts reconciliations 
About you
At least 2-3 experience working in a similar role
Experience using ERP systems and packages such as SAP
Exceptional communication skills - written & verbal
Previous experience working within a team environment
Great time management skills
Ability to work to a deadline
