Front Desk Customer Service/Accounts/Administration

Our wonderful team member who has been with us for a while is going into full time study and we are looking for a quick learner to fill his big shoes!  You will need to have previous office experience working in an environment where you are dealing with customers, managing administration, doing accounts and answering phones.   

This is a trade environment in a clean shop so professional presentation is required along with a warm and friendly, 'can do' disposition!

Experience using MoneyWorks Gold, MYOB Payroll, AutoQuote & ORM would be a huge advantage but will be taught.

In order to be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:

You will be responsible for:

  • First Point of Contact for clients via phone, email & in person
  • Administration
  • Booking/Entering Jobs
  • Claims Processing
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable, Bank Reconciliations
  • Payroll, PAYE, GST
  • Managing Loan Vehicles
  • Supporting the Branch Manager
