Professionally, Potentia is a company where you can develop and grow in a dedicated and agreed fashion; we offer a minimum of 2 hours of dedicated professional/personal development per week.  Access to owner/managers with plenty of combined experience and a 'roll your sleeves up and help you out' mentality to focus your ambition and show you the path to your success.

As one of our team of Account Managers - client and delivery focused - you will work with our Talent Managers to introduce candidates for specific jobs and then own the successful completion of this process. Key to achieving this will be leveraging the strong existing relationships Potentia has with the most rapidly growing segments of the ever-expanding tech sector with 'class'.  

Working in our recruitment team you'll have the chance to 'make a difference' (another one of our values, just saying). Employers in the tech sector need help to navigate how and with whom they grow, right-skilling their teams and foreseeing where the dearth of talent will be.  Armed with the currency of information Potentia will provide you, you'll lead those engagements.

In an ideal world, you would have 4+ years' experience in a similar role where you have successfully delivered recruitment assignments in the technology sector. However, if you don't have this experience but can prove to us you have the hunger for success and apply a standards-based approach to your recruitment work, we can coach you on the rest.
