We are looking for a positive-thinking, enthusiastic person who is willing to learn and grow with the best in the business. You will be someone who is canny enough to see through challenges presented by clients and resourceful enough to tailor a solution to overcome that challenge.

As a Partnership Executive you will be required to work autonomously visiting your key clients on a regular basis and taking responsibility for your targets. Working in a team you will be well supported by your Manager, Ad Coordinator, and Graphic Designer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management and building relationships with existing database of clients and prospect with an objective of identifying ways to promote their business by using NBR's multi-channel platforms.
  • Reaching revenue targets each month and quarter
  • Proactively develop timely and relevant proposals
  • Update and maintain our sales databases
  • Manage the advertorial and creative execution approval process with the production team and client
  • Ensure booking schedules are accurate and oversee campaign delivery and post analysis

Skills and experience required:

  • Bachelor degree (preferably in media, business, finance, or marketing)
  • Relationship building skills as you will be accountable for clients across your portfolio
  • Ability to work autonomously to achieve set KPIs, as consistently achieving monthly goals will be expected
  • Consultative approach with an ability to deliver solutions that benefit the client and maximise revenue
  • Communicate with confidence & intelligence
  • Strong proposal writing, negotiation and closing skills
  • Passion for the products and services you represent
  • Confidence using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in media is a plus but not essential
