CARTERS Cambridge is seeking an experienced go-getter with local market insight and industry know-how to build on our customers' success.

Working closely with the Branch and Sales Managers, our Account Manager role based in our Cambridge branch will see you partner and develop customer accounts ensuring revenue targets are in line with company strategy and help to develop Carters share in the market.

Some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing and developing relationships with our existing accounts
  • Seeking and sourcing new business opportunities through sources, leads and relationships
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure Carters provides complete solutions and packages for customers

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Successful sales professional within a B2B environment
  • Breaking into new markets excites you and you understand the value of price and margin in building profitable business
  • High level of self-motivation where you work well autonomously and are comfortable managing call cycles
  • High level of commercial acumen together with the ability to quickly adapt to market requirements makes you ideal
  • Exposure to and knowledge to the building industry is very advantageous
