The Role

Managing your own territory you'll be responsible for growing market share. The right candidate will be comfortable assessing a site in order to identify opportunities to grow the company presence. You'll feel at ease asking the correct questions to provide a complete solution from equipment, installation, training, through to service and maintenance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend sales visits at client sites to identify opportunities
  • Full responsibility for achieving targets and KPI's
  • Learning full product range and sales techniques utilising the ongoing sales and product training
  • Liaising with the projects team and overseeing the entire sales process

 

Skills & Experience

  • Some form of sales experience, this can come from any sector, but it will be your ability to pick up and impart technical information that will be the key to your success
  • A willingness to develop your sales approach and take on new ideas and techniques
  • Proven success of seeking out new opportunities within existing customer accounts, you'll be inquisitive, curious and always wanting to know more about your customers processes
  • Grit and determination to take your client on a sales journey, where you'll show them by making adjustments within their current manufacturing process could result in achieving huge efficiencies and ultimately more profit

Reward

  • Base salary $70,000 to $85,000
  • OTE Commission $30,000
  • Fully maintained company car
