About the role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our successful team in the South Auckland region. As the Account Manager you will be responsible for the daily service delivery to a portfolio of client?s who are small-medium sized businesses, whilst developing and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.

Your main focus will be to manage your portfolio of clients ensuring all required outcomes are being met. You will play a part in the end to end recruitment and ongoing management of all candidates. There will be a component of business development and sales so you must have the ability to sell and negotiate with new and existing clients.

Skills and experience
? Recruitment experience of 2 years
? Account management background
? Proven sales or business development experience
? Exposure to the warehousing, logistics, trades, construction or manufacturing industry
? You will have strong communication skills both written and verbal
? Must have an understanding of the South Auckland region and industries
? Ability to build strong relationship with clients and maintain those relationships
? Excellent multitasking, prioritisation and organisation skills
? You must be process driven and always aim to meet strict compliance measures
