In this key role within our Food and Beverage division, you will have responsibility for delivering cleaning and sanitising solutions through high quality service to existing customers in the West Coast region within the food and beverage processing industry. ?Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering the highest standards of service excellence to customers.
  • Providing value to our customers through key projects at their sites. This will involve understanding the way the sites operate and concentrating on how Ecolab can reduce costs through Value Adding Programs.
  • Working very closely with our Engineering Team and our Technical team on value adding projects. This will involve Continuous improvements for the sites based around the Key K.P.I's agreed upon.
  • Liaising between customers and internal departments to arrange pricing and invoicing, delivery, special instructions and any other issues to?facilitate service delivery
  • Achieving the territory budget and growth goals
  • Growing the territory through promotion of the company's value added products and services

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A?tertiary qualification in a science, engineering or related discipline
  • Experience in the food and beverage sector, possibly in production or quality
  • Some exposure to sales/business development
  • The aptitude and confidence to deal with large national and multi-national customers
  • Previous experience with quality control systems
  • Strong communication skills and relationship management skills
  • Excellent presentation, financial (P&L) and negotiation capabilities
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to selling to exceed client expectations
  • A full and valid driver's license is a pre-requisite
