This is a great opportunity to work for a multinational corporation who even though they have offices all over the globe, they still have that small office feel. Even though their brand may not be that well known, chances are that you have used their products before. They have recently gone through a lot of change, hence the need for a part time accounting professional.

Some More Information About The Role

This role is part time, and has flexible hours. This role is for more than 20 hours a week, so will not be suitable for individuals who are unable to work for more than 20 hours. This role initially is to go on until May 2018, with the possibility to go for longer. Initially you will be based in their Mt Eden office, and they are then moving to new offices in Auckland CBD. Both offices include parking. Some of your duties will include:

  • Processing accounts payable invoices
  • Managing international and domestic payments
  • Reconciliations
  • Accounts receivable
  • Answering queries
  • Stock adjustments
  • Other ad hoc duties

So Who Are You, And What Is Your Profile?

You will be an immediately available accounts professional who is able to work for more than 20 hours a week. You will have intermediate excel skills and will be systems savvy. You will have an eye for detail and will take real pride in the accuracy of your work. You will have previous experience in a similar role. You will be a strong communicator with both written and verbal communication. Previous experience with foreign currency transactions is essential for this role.
