This is an exciting role for a professional who and has previously worked in a client facing account management or construction/estimating role. You will be part of a team that drives the demand of our three waters products through promoting the technical advantages to key stakeholders in the market.? Naturally, our customers are central to our success, so you?ll partner with our wider business to provide technical and pricing support.

Key Duties for the role will include:
  • Create business proposals for new and existing opportunities in order to achieve sales growth
  • Play fundamental role in setting up new businesses; take responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new customers.
  • Interpret detailed documents & specifications
  • Generate efficient and accurate pricing for projects
  • Undertake & complete take-offs from supplied plans and where required complete a quantity of schedule.
  • Give insights to the level of competition and general market activities
  • Give up-to-date information relating to customer activities.
  • Producing high-level reporting on activity and market insights
  • Establish relationship with clients and provide high standard of customer service continually
  • Generate high level output and success reporting
  • Monitor procurement and look for margin trends
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills with clients
  • Serve as the project coordinator and the contact person working with customer/operations to meet delivery schedules and expectations
Technically competent, you will be driven by your ability to directly impact the commercial success of the division. Your ability to listen to and understand our customers? needs will see you become an expert partner whose advice is sought after. Your innate ability to translate and communicate technical information will also see you become a trusted advisor.

To be successful in this role you will need to be an organised individual with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Experience communicating with a range of contacts including contractors and senior members of the business. A tenacious and ambitious attitude towards securing and developing sustainable new business.

  • Proven experience in a Civil/Infrastructure background
  • Expert knowledge of Specifications and both Local & National Legislation
  • Excellent communication skills; with senior team across the business
