We represent a well established NZ business based in Penrose who have an immediate requirement for a temporary Accounts Payable officer with experience using MYOB.

Working full time hours your duties will include:

  • Processing invoices in a timely manner
  • Processing domestic and international payments
  • Monthly staff expenses
  • Monitoring the coding of Invoices and ensuring they are accurate
  • Preparing Credit Card & Expense claim analysis for Financial Controller Monthly
  • Preparing payment forecasts for the Financial Controller
  • Processing Refunds
  • Stationery Ordering
  • Other adhoc duties as required

If you are immediately available and have previous Accounts Payable experience, a high level of accuracy, work well as part of a small team, and are organised and flexible, we want to hear from you! This is the ideal role for someone seeking a varied, challenging accounts role.
