PAE is a market leader in Facility Management and Operational Support services throughout New Zealand. ?We offer our clients a complete solutions service of the highest calibre. We require the services of an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a dynamic team based at our Lower Hutt Office.

This role will require a good understanding of New Zealand employment law and ideally you will have a minimum of 10 years payroll processing experience.? The role will require you to perform a range of payroll functions for our 400 staff as well as assisting the Finance Team when required.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong payroll processing knowledge and skills

- Good to advanced competency in the Microsoft package suite

- Excellent communication skills

- Solid attention to detail and focus on accuracy

- Ability to prioritise and work in a busy environment

- Exceptional organisational skills

Joining a team with a positive approach you will need to be a team player, motivated with a highly professional work ethic, and able to work under pressure. ?MYOB system knowledge and accounts?experience is preferred.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug and alcohol test, a Ministry of Justice criminal records check and have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
