About the Role

This role is extremely varied, from liaising with property managers, commercial manager and the wider team, assisting with financial/accounting and administrative duties. Working for a well-established professional services company, this is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career.

Duties

  • Overseeing trust account management and processing payments
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Banking
  • Invoicing
  • Reconciling accounts
  • GST and Tax returns
  • End of month reporting
  • Managing tenant payments
  • Ad hoc administration projects
  • Organising? day-to-day meetings
  • Communication with tenants and other stakeholders as required

Skills & Experience

  • Experience within property management is preferred but not essential
  • Strong accounting knowledge
  • Excellent computer skills, with MS Office experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, plan and delegate effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
