We are currently?looking for a?Part-time?Accounts Assistant (20 - 30 hours per week) to provide Accounting and Administrative support to Accounts Manger. Job tasks including bookkeeping, filing, and handling mail etc. You are expected to have an?accounting background with some relevant experience.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Purchasing and Accounts Payable:

- General entry of purchase orders

- Matching of invoices, goods receipts and purchase orders for coding

- Monthly statement checking

- Handling creditors' queries

Accounts Receivable:

- Emailing of debtors statements


- Cashbook data entry

- Bank reconciliation


- Job cost allocation

- Assist inter-entity companies' transactions

- Assist EOM (End of Month) checking

- Any other duties as required by the Accounts Manager

Skills and Experience

- A relevant accounting background is necessary

- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage

- Intermediate excel skills

- Knowledge of Accredo and Xero will be a benefit but not essential

You are expected to be a fast learner with multi-tasking skill and communication skill. This work requires great attention to detail as well.
