Payroll and Accounts Administrator!

This is a full time role, junior role for someone with loads of attention to detail and perhaps an accounting/book keeping qualification or massive interest in this area.

Our payroll is weekly and is really quite complex, with a variety of nurse types + shifts with different allowances + different charge rates, so you need to have a strong work ethic alongside the ability to work with a variety of processes and in a timely manner.

we think this role might suit a new BCom or business graduate, or someone with some experience but this is an entry level role. It is a busy role with a large payroll to fully manage each week along with a number of excel/ pivot reports and financial data. This also involved debtor management and other administration skills.

Key parts to this role are:

  • accurate weekly payroll processing
  • Banking cheques
  • debtor control and management
  • Cash receipting
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Managing payroll or administration queries
  • Some general ledger accounts work
  • general admin to support smooth running of back office/ finance
